Cancellations
Buyers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of purchase by notifying us at arbonmarble@gmail.com

Returns
We encourage responsible purchasing. Please contact us prior to ordering to ensure the product meets your requirements and is compatible with your fixtures. If you wish to return an item for any reason, please reach out to us at arbonmarble@gmail.com to initiate the process within 14 days of receipt. The cost of return shipping will be the buyer's responsibility. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused and in its original packaging. 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. As with standard returns, the item must be in its original condition—unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
